Josef del Pino and  his family departed Santa Cruz, Tenerife on the Frigate San Ignacio de Loyola on October 29, 1778 destined for Louisiana.
The family arrived in the settlement of Galveztown and received supplies on March 27, 1779.

Note: There is a note on the ships manifest next to the Daughter’s (Maria) name that she died. Her name does not appear on the supply list as well.
Note: In the New Orleans Archdiocese (Vol. 4 1784-1790), there is an internment record as follows. MONSO (MONSON) – Rita, sp. Josef DEL PINO, i. Sep. 30, 1786 (SBGAL, B4, 20)
